Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days by FedEx/UPS/DHL.
Normally orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment is received.

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information here.
I don’t have an account yetAs soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your order is on the way”.
You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.*Please note, tracking can take around 48- 72 hours to update after dispatch

All orders are currently shipped from China and customers will not be charged customs or import fees for orders received within China.
For all other countries, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Rey Hair maintains a very high level of quality assurance by putting every human hair wig through a rigorous process to ensure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are carefully examined before shipping.
Our main objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Because of the nature of our products, EVERY SALE IS FINAL!!!
Exchange Products
Rey Hair, at its own initiative, may exchange products under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within three business days of receiving the product(s).
Any exchange request received after three business days of receiving the product will be denied.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (washed, brushed, combed, or cut).
Human hair products that have been used cannot be returned for sanitary reasons, according to federal law. As a precautionary measure, please return the item in its original and resalable condition.
The product has to be exchanged for an item of similar or greater worth. To process an exchange, the product must be returned at your own cost.
We recommend using a shipping company that provides tracking information and confirmation of delivery because we are not in charge of lost packages. The item must be shipped back to us within a short period of time (not more than one week). After one week, no return product will be accepted.
Your product will be carefully examined once it is received. If the product is returned unused with the same condition as it was received, we will exchange it for something of similar or greater worth. You can only exchange once per order.
No refunds will be issued by Rey Hair, unless we made some mistakes during order treatment, in that case, we will exchange the product at no extra charge to the customer.

We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouses to ensure a quick delivery which means we cannot guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed or shipped.
If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact info@reyhair.com with the subject ‘cancel’ and your order details as soon as possible.
Note : ” You can only cancel your order within 24 hours- 48 hours before the order proceed to shipping”.
Product Questions

Shedding: A few strands of new hair shedding is normal at first. We always recommend that customers seal their weft and brush it with a wide-tooth comb before installing it.
Tangle: Because our hair is cuticle intact, it does not tangle. However, dryness, oil and dirt buildup, salt water, and not combing out daily will cause tangles and shedding. Please follow hair care instructions and wash your hair twice a week with a good shampoo and conditioner.

Our hair is made entirely of human hair from young donors. Real human hair, like our own, cannot grow to be the same length on every single strand. That is why the ends of human hair are always thinner than the top. Please fully comprehend and consider this before placing your order.

Yes, our hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed, bleached, and permed. However, frequently dyed and permed hair will cause damage and even hair loss. Please do not do this frequently.

For wavy hair, please stretch it straight before measuring.

Before washing your hair, brush it. Wash your hair twice with warm water and shampoo. Then apply hair conditioner evenly to the hair for 5 minutes. Then wash it with clean water. Hair conditioner is essential after every wash of your hair! We recommend that you use a high-quality hair conditioner.
If you want to blow dry your hair, blow it dry to 80% dry, then leave the remaining 20% to dry naturally; this will keep your hair from drying out and becoming frizzy!
If your hair is extremely dry, apply some hair oil. Meanwhile, when washing your hair, add a few drops of hair care oil to warm water and soak your hair for about 10 minutes. In comparison to before, the hair will be silkier and softer. However, we do not recommend using hair oil on a daily basis. Because hair oil can cause your hair strands to become dry and hard!
If you want to restore your hair curls, use crimping iron to curl the hair back into its original curl shape!

If you want your wig/hair to look as natural/amazing as our photos on FB/IG, you should hire a professional hairstylist.
We do not recommend combing the hair if it is wavy or curly. If necessary, gently comb it with your hands or a wide-tooth brush. Tight teeth brushes will ruin the original shape of the hair, making it fizzy and tangle-like! Always begin combing your hair at the ends and work your way up.
When dying your hair with bleach powder, keep the time under 5 minutes. If you use dye cream, you must keep the time under 20 minutes. If you leave the cream on your hair for too long, it will damage it.
When sleeping, please tie your hair back with an elastic band or wear a cap. It will not tangle or change shapes. Please remove the band after waking up and comb through, starting at the ends and working your way up to the roots.
We recommend that you wear a swimming cap when swimming. Because seawater or pool water is bad for hair, it causes it to tangle and become rough. After swimming, it’s best to wash it with warm water, hair shampoo, and conditioner.
