Shipping & Refund Policy

Please read the following conditions to have a better understanding of our service. 

Overview

  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours-72 hours after payment is received. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days by FedEx/UPS/DHL. Because of sales or holidays, this processing timeframe is susceptible to change.
  • A physical address is required; DO NOT LEAVE A PO BOX ADDRESS AS DHL/UPS/FedEx will be unable to deliver to it.
  • You should not authorize DHL/UPS/ FedEx to leave your package at your door. This results in package loss.
  • Make sure to provide us with the right information about your product shipping to avoid any confusion.
  • We are not responsible for any deliveries that are delayed caused by bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. It is important to keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be included in shipping times.
  • UPS/FedEx/ DHL are trusted to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not reimburse your shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Rey Hair maintains a very high level of quality assurance by putting every human hair wig through a rigorous process to ensure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are carefully examined before shipping.
  •  Our main objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • Because of the nature of our products, EVERY SALE IS FINAL!!!

Exchanges

 Rey Hair, at its own initiative, may exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within three business days of receiving the product(s).
  • Any exchange request received after three business days of receiving the product will be denied.
  • We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (washed, brushed, combed, or cut).
  • Human hair products that have been used cannot be returned for sanitary reasons, according to federal law. As a precautionary measure, please return the item in its original and resalable condition.
  • The product has to be exchanged for an item of similar or greater worth. To process an exchange, the product must be returned at your own cost.

Shipping Returns

 To return your product, you should first contact us to make your request at info@reyhair.com.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We recommend using a shipping company that provides tracking information and confirmation of delivery because we are not in charge of lost packages. The item must be shipped back to us within a short period of time (not more than one week). After one week, no return product will be accepted.
  • Your product will be carefully examined once it is received. If the product is returned unused with the same condition as it was received, we will exchange it for something of similar or greater worth. You can only exchange once per order.
  • No refunds will be issued by Rey Hair, unless we make some mistakes during order treatment, in that case, we will exchange the product at no extra charge to the customer.
